Adrian Keller is the former CEO of Helvetia Group and a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company, where he counsels boards and executive teams navigating restructuring, succession, and category-defining bets.
Across a thirty-year career he has led organizations through financial crises, regulatory upheaval, and category disruption — and built a body of work on how leaders make sound decisions when the information is incomplete and the cost of waiting is high.
He teaches at IMD Lausanne and is the author of The Steady Mind, an examination of executive judgment under sustained pressure.
